A Little About Me

Hello. I'm Frank Falcone and I'm the founder of Chamber Member Advantage and the CMA System. By having spent over a decade doing membership development for Chambers of Commerce and BBB's all across the country I am very cognizant of the challenges you face on a daily basis to attract, inform and convert local businesses into engaged, long-term members.

In my position as the National Training Director for Allen & Associates, the largest membership development company in the U.S. at that time, I was responsible for training thousands of membership representatives. My teams worked in over 50 cities and were directly responsible for activating hundreds of thousands of new Chamber and BBB members during those years. That is not a typo, nor is it hyperbole. It's a fact!

I came out of formal retirement 6 months ago to renew my life-long commitment to helping small, local business maneuver their way through difficult times.
